Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of STore Automation, a digital business automation platform operated by Style Expres, a proprietorship enterprise owned by Safiya Banu.
1. Services
STore provides digital business listing, business management, automation, content, marketing and related software services. The exact features available depend on the plan selected by the customer.
2. STore Listing
The ₹99 STore Listing is a one-time listing and onboarding service. Payment does not automatically create a recurring subscription.
3. Paid Plans
Basic, Growth and Full Automation are subscription services billed according to the plan selected by the customer. Annual plans may be offered with a 10% discount.
4. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information and for ensuring that they have the rights and permissions necessary to provide content, images, business information and third-party account access.
5. Third-Party Integrations
STore may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile and social media services. Availability of third-party features depends on the applicable third-party platform, permissions and policies.
6. AI and Automated Content
Where AI-assisted or automated content is provided, customers remain responsible for reviewing business-specific content before use where review is made available or appropriate.
7. Acceptable Use
Customers must not use STore for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or infringing activity.
8. Suspension
STore may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, fraud, security concerns, violation of these Terms, or legal or regulatory requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
STore software, platform design, trademarks and underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners. Customer-provided business content remains the customer's responsibility.
10. Changes
STore may modify services, features and pricing from time to time. Material changes to applicable terms will be communicated through appropriate channels.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
